Turning a complex Amazon service into a clear sales website.

Sellos had the expertise, experience and a well-defined way of working, but no visual direction or digital platform capable of bringing it all together. From the opening message and services to the process, results and pricing packages, we created a complete website that helps visitors understand why their Amazon sales are underperforming - and what Sellos can do about it.

Services: Creative direction · UX strategy · Web design · Web development · Content structure · Multilingual website

A valuable service that was difficult to explain

Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, listing optimisation and account management can have a major impact on sales. To the average brand owner, however, they can easily sound like a collection of unrelated technical services.

Sellos was not offering one simple solution. Its work covered the entire Amazon growth system, from initial analysis and strategy to the daily management of an established account.

The challenge was to communicate the full scope of that offer without overwhelming visitors before they understood why they needed it.

Building the visual direction from zero

There was no established visual system for us to develop further at the beginning of the project. Instead of starting with colours or effects, we started by defining how Sellos should feel to a potential client.

The answer was precise, controlled and focused on growth.

We built the visual direction around the mechanics of Amazon sales - visibility, ranking, data and continuous optimisation. A clear typographic hierarchy, structured content blocks and visual representations of performance give the website a systematic feel, while generous space and controlled motion keep the detailed offer easy to navigate.

The objective was not to make Sellos look like another marketing agency or imitate Amazon’s visual identity. We needed to create a distinct digital world that communicated expertise in the category from the first interaction.

A structure that begins with the problem

Instead of opening the website with a long list of services, we began with the reality Sellos clients face: products rank poorly, advertising consumes too much budget, competitors occupy better positions and strong products remain unseen.

Once visitors recognise their own situation, the website introduces the four areas Sellos uses to address it:

Amazon SEO

Amazon Advertising

Account Operations

Amazon Growth Management

The services are therefore not presented as specialist terms visitors have to interpret themselves. They become parts of one connected system designed to increase visibility, improve cost control and scale sales.

Explaining the process without creating a wall of text

Sellos does not apply the same template to every Amazon account. Its approach depends on the product, market, competition, current account performance and the brand’s wider objectives.

We translated that individual approach into a transparent process showing what happens after the first contact - from market and keyword research to listing optimisation, advertising, account management and continuous scaling.

The process contains enough detail to build trust while remaining structured enough for visitors to understand the complete journey without having to read every individual step.

Every section moves towards the same action

The website was not designed only to inform. Its structure gradually moves visitors from recognising a problem to requesting a free Amazon account analysis.

Calls to action appear when visitors have been given a reason to act — after the challenges, services, results, process and packages have been explained. The final step is not a generic contact form, but a discovery questionnaire that gives Sellos useful information about the brand, products, target markets, production capacity and current Amazon status.

As a result, the first conversation does not begin with “What does your company do?” It begins with a clearer understanding of the client’s potential and current obstacles.

The outcome

Sellos gained the digital foundation it previously lacked — a recognisable visual direction, a clearly organised offer and a website capable of translating its Amazon expertise into understandable business value.

Complex services no longer feel like an unrelated list. The process demonstrates how the collaboration actually works, the packages make the decision easier, and the discovery form turns every serious inquiry into a stronger starting point for a sales conversation.

The website is no longer simply a presentation of the agency. It now acts as the first stage of the Sellos sales process.
